Stable Assistant, Stable Artisan, and Stable Audio may refund a subscription charge at Stability AI's discretion if the request is submitted within 48 hours of the charge AND usage is below 2% of the monthly allowance. Brand Studio (formerly Dream Studio) subscriptions are monthly and refunds on cancellation are generally not issued; Platform API credits are non-refundable.
