Practical advice: if you bought directly from pCloud and are inside 14 days, request the refund when you cancel. If you bought a discounted or lifetime plan, do not assume the guarantee applies - check the terms of that specific offer. Before the downgrade, confirm your files fit within Basic's smaller capacity, because anything over the free limit may become inaccessible. Resubscribe anytime if you change your mind.
