If you purchased Pro via the Apple App Store, you must view or cancel the subscription from your Apple account (App Store > subscriptions); it cannot be cancelled on the You.com website.
Billed via Google Play
If you purchased Pro via Google Play, you must cancel it in Google Play. Uninstalling the Android app or receiving a refund does not automatically cancel the subscription.
