Sign in at gamma.app and click Settings in the left sidebar (on mobile, tap the three-line menu first).
Open official cancel pageConfirm the workspace and plan shown at the top of the sidebar (e.g. Plus, Pro); switch workspaces via the initials/logo at the bottom-left if needed.
Open official cancel pageClick Billing.
Open official cancel pageAt the bottom of the Billing page, click Cancel subscription (the button is greyed out if you are not the billing admin).

What happens after you cancel
Your access
The account moves to the Free plan (not deleted); all gammas are kept. Plan credits drop to the Free allocation (400), but user-purchased credits are retained and expire one year after the cancellation date.
Refunds
Since December 1, 2025: full refund only if requested within 3 days of purchase AND usage is under the plan's credit threshold (Plus <200 of 1k, Pro <600 of 4k, Team <900 of 6k, Business <1,000 of 10k, Ultra <2,000 of 20k). Canceling alone does not trigger a refund - you must contact support. Monthly and annual plans are treated the same; renewals are not explicitly covered.
