Cancellation Pack Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your Cancellation Pack. Because Lemon Squeezy is our Merchant of Record, all refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy.
14-Day Consumer Refund (via Lemon Squeezy)
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. For orders with significant download or use, we reserve the right to decline a refund after review via Lemon Squeezy (see the exceptions below).
How to Request a Refund
Request your refund through the link in your Lemon Squeezy order confirmation email. Lemon Squeezy, as Merchant of Record, processes the refund to your original payment method. For help, contact Lemon Squeezy support — we never see or handle your payment details.
When Refunds Do Not Apply
- More than 14 days after purchase
- Significant download or use of the Pack content
- Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds)
Access and Files After a Refund
Once a refund is processed, your online access (the web guide and file downloads) is revoked immediately. Local copies of the PDF/docx cannot be withdrawn remotely — please delete them.
